1. Digital Products Policy
All products sold on Studym are digital, downloadable, and editable educational content.
Due to the nature of digital products:
👉 No returns or refunds are provided once the content is delivered or accessed.
2. Sample Review Before Purchase
We provide sample links for most packages
Customers are strongly advised to review samples thoroughly before purchasing
Refund requests based on “expectation mismatch” will not be entertained
3. Eligible Refund Cases (Rare)
Refunds may be considered only if:
Wrong package was delivered due to our error
Files are corrupted and cannot be accessed (and issue not resolved after support)
⚠️ Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
